GSkills Chrome extension — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Depending on your company’s contract, Numericoach may act as a processor for the Client that operates your GSkills instance.

2. What the extension does

The extension’s single purpose is to provide your organization’s GSkills Gemini use cases inside gemini.google.com so authenticated employees can discover, search, filter, insert, and favorite approved prompts, optionally submit a reviewed conversation as a reusable company use case when enabled, and measure consultations and sends of those disclosed features.

3. Data stored on your device

The extension stores the following in Chrome extension storage:

• A rotating GSkills refresh token used to keep you signed in.
• Account profile and instance information needed to personalize use cases.
• Feature flags that control which extension surfaces your organization enables.
• Favorite use-case identifiers and prompts you explicitly save as favorites.
• Short-lived access tokens in memory-backed Chrome session storage.

Local storage access is restricted to trusted extension contexts. Removing the extension, disconnecting, or clearing extension data removes local data, subject to Chrome behavior.

4. Data sent to GSkills

When you are signed in, the extension communicates only with g-skills.fr to:

• Authenticate you and load your account, instance, and feature flags.
• Load, search, and filter company use cases.
• Record identified consultation and send events for GSkills use cases you interact with.
• Submit a conversation only after you open the save action, review the transcript, and confirm submission.

The extension does not run on unrelated websites and does not collect Gemini conversation content in the background.

5. Conversation submission, AI, and company sharing

• The visible Gemini conversation is read only after you activate the save action.
• Nothing is uploaded until you review or edit the transcript and click submit.
• A submitted transcript and your account email are sent to GSkills.
• GSkills may process the submission with the configured Google Gemini AI service to help create a reusable, partially anonymized use case.
• The generated result is added to your company’s configured Google Sheet, where people authorized by your organization may review and share it.

6. Analytics

The extension may send identified product analytics for disclosed features such as consulting or sending a GSkills use case. These events help your organization understand which use cases are useful. They are not advertising trackers and are not used for personalized ads.

7. Remote images

Use-case illustrations may load only from GSkills domains or the GSkills Google Cloud Storage bucket. The extension uses a minimal referrer policy so the Gemini page is not sent as a referrer.

8. Retention and deletion

• Local extension data remains until you disconnect, clear it, or uninstall the extension.
• Server-side analytics and submitted use cases follow the retention rules of GSkills and the relevant Client instance.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting thierry@numericoach.fr or contact@numericoach.fr.
